Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
Footly maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and the abuse or depiction of minors. Any such activity is strictly prohibited on our platform. We promptly suspend accounts, remove content, and report credible allegations to appropriate authorities.
Prohibited Conduct
- Any content involving minors (real or simulated), exploitation, coercion, or non-consensual activity.
- Human trafficking, sexual servitude, or the facilitation, advertisement, or profit from such acts.
- Content depicting individuals without documented, informed, and revocable consent.
Age & Identity Verification
All content providers must be 18 years or older and must complete our ID verification process prior to uploading any content. Creators agree to:
- Verify the identity and age of every person depicted in their content.
- Maintain records of written consent for appearance, public distribution, and (if applicable) download.
- Provide supporting documents upon request for compliance review.
Pre-Screening & Moderation
All user-uploaded content is reviewed prior to publication to ensure compliance with applicable laws and our Standards. Violations result in removal and account action.
Reporting & Takedown
We encourage users, rights holders, and the public to report suspected violations, trafficking concerns, or underage content immediately. For all complaints, please contact complaints@tryfootly.com. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt. Our resolution will be communicated to the complainant. Appeals or requests regarding any decision should be sent to appeals@tryfootly.com.
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement right away. You may also report to:

Law-Enforcement Cooperation
Footly cooperates with lawful investigations and valid legal requests from law-enforcement and child-protection agencies. Verified reports lead to immediate preservation of relevant data and expedited responses consistent with applicable laws.
Consequences
- Immediate removal of violating content.
- Suspension or termination of involved accounts.
- Reporting to law-enforcement and relevant agencies as required.
