Eligibility
Footly is for adults 18+ only. By using the Service, you affirm you are at least 18 years old.
User-Generated Content & Moderation
You are responsible for the content you post. Prohibited content includes material involving minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, or otherwise illegal content. We may remove content, restrict accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Pre-Screening: All user-uploaded content is reviewed and screened by Footly prior to publication to ensure it is legal and complies with our Standards and applicable laws. Content that violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy will be rejected or removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Custom Content (Custom Requests)
Buyers may submit requests for custom content and Creators may choose to accept or decline such requests. When a Creator accepts a custom request, the Creator agrees to deliver the accepted custom content within seven (7) business days from the time of acceptance, unless the Buyer and Creator mutually agree in writing (including via in-app messages) to a different delivery timeframe.
For purposes of this section, business days means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Creators are responsible for communicating progress and delivering the final files through the Service. If a Creator does not deliver within the stated timeframe and no alternate schedule has been mutually agreed, Footly may, in its discretion, cancel the custom request and facilitate a refund or other appropriate remedy pursuant to our policies.
Buyers are responsible for providing clear, lawful requirements. Any request that would require illegal content, non-consensual acts, or content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be refused, removed, and may result in account action.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Creator subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time in your account settings or via Billing.
Wallet & Payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by CCBill. We do not store card numbers. Wallet balances are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis via CCBill. Excessive chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
Intellectual Property & DMCA
Respect the rights of others. Report alleged infringement via our DMCA Policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
