Seller (Creator) Agreement

This Agreement applies to creators who sell on Footly. By offering content for sale, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & Compliance

• 18+ and completion of KYC/identity verification.
• Human-created content only; no minors or illegal content.
• Compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 record-keeping where applicable.
• Follow all applicable laws and our platform policies.

Licenses & Rights

• You grant Footly a limited license to host, store, transmit, and display your content on platform properties for the purpose of operating the service.
• You retain ownership of your content.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions for all content you upload.

Payments

• Selling on Footly requires an active creator plan. Footly retains a platform fee on each sale determined by your plan tier — Rising 15% (you keep 85%), Spotlight 10% (you keep 90%), Icon 5% (you keep 95%) — covering payment processing, platform operations, buyer acquisition, and discovery tools. The same fee applies uniformly to subscriptions, pay-per-view, tips, message unlocks, and custom requests. Current plan pricing is published on our pricing page.
• Payouts via approved processors; fees and reserves may apply.
• You are responsible for taxes and reporting.
• Chargebacks or suspected fraud may result in payment holds or adjustments per our Chargeback & Fraud Mitigation policy.

Content Standards & Conduct

• No exploitation, harassment, hate, or IP infringement.
• Accurately describe paid content; deliver items as advertised and fulfill custom requests that comply with law and policies.
• Respect buyer rights: purchases grant a limited, personal license to view; no encouragement of redistribution.

Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. Disputes may be mediated by Footly, but final fulfillment remains your responsibility.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or our policies.
